PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy
We don’t collect more information about you than we need to. And we never use what we collect in a way that goes against common sense or your expectations.
Transparency is key at KROPOS. We want you to understand what happens in the background when you’re just browsing our site. This section explains what data may be collected, how we handle it, and how you can control it.
What information do we receive?
We do not ask you to enter your name, card number, address, email address, or telephone number. We do not collect questionnaires, check documents, or register your profile. However, some technical data is recorded automatically:
IP address (i.e., the technical “label” of your device)
– browser type and version
– screen size and interface language
– duration of your visit
– routes between pages
This information does not allow us to identify you. It is only needed to ensure that the website displays correctly and functions smoothly.
Cookies
Cookies are bits of info that your browser saves temporarily or for a certain amount of time so you don’t have to set up the site again every time. For example, your language or the order of things. We don’t use cookies to track you. We use them to:
– save your language
– counting the number of page views
– analyzing how users navigate between sections
– protecting against repeated requests
You can block or delete cookies in your browser. This may affect your user experience, but we do not restrict access to the website for this reason.
For more information, please read our Cookie Policy.
Why do we collect this data?
It’s simple. We want the site to be fast, convenient, and work equally well on different devices. And for that, we need minimal analytics. Specifically:
– to determine which version of the site is best suited for your screen
– to understand which pages are most popular
– to identify technical errors (such as freezes or unavailable sections)
– to create general anonymous statistics for updates and structural improvements
We do not sell any data, share it with other companies, or use it for external advertising purposes.
Analytics and third-party services
We do not conduct complex tracking. However, for a basic understanding of activity, we use third-party tools that are standard on the internet:
– Google Analytics
– Meta Pixel (Facebook)
– TikTok Pixel
These services collect aggregated information: how long a user was on the site, where they came from, and which sections they visited. All data is provided to us in an anonymous format, without access to your accounts or personal information.
You can disable these tools through your cookie settings.
How long is data stored?
We do not store data unnecessarily. Everything that is recorded automatically has a limited lifespan. For example:
language cookies – up to 30 days
technical errors – up to 7 days
session data – only during your visit to the website
After that, the information is automatically deleted or becomes inaccessible. If you manually clear your browser cache, it disappears immediately.
How we protect your data
Even minimal technical information is transmitted via an encrypted HTTPS connection. This is a standard that prevents information from being intercepted between your device and the website.
Only our technical specialists have access to server logs. They do not copy, download, or distribute anything outside of internal tasks.
We do not use third-party cloud platforms and do not integrate any systems that collect data without our knowledge.
Your rights
Even if we do not ask you for personal information, you have the right to:
– know what is being recorded
– refuse the use of cookies or restrict them
– request the deletion of data if you have provided it manually
– write to us and receive an explanation of our privacy policy
To do so, simply contact us by email. We respond to all requests without templates and without delay. Usually within 3–7 business days.
Changes to this policy
The world of technology is changing. And we are changing with it. If we update our privacy policy, we will post a clear notice on the website. We always indicate the date of the last revision at the top of the page so that you can see if anything has changed.
Last policy update: July 1, 2025
